Pick/Pack Associate – LTL Shipments

About the role

The Pick/Pack Associate prepares customer orders for Less‑Than‑Truckload (LTL) shipments in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will ensure items are accurately selected, securely packaged, and correctly labeled for safe and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack products using a pick‑to‑light system or RF terminal.
• Follow Workplace Instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Pack items into boxes or onto pallets, securing them for transit.
• Perform a 4‑eye check to verify order accuracy and quantities.
• Over‑box products as needed to meet shipping guidelines.
• Manifest and label shipments for parcel and LTL delivery.
• Shrink‑wrap boxes and pallets to prevent shifting.
• Square/cube pallets to maximize space utilization.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
• Adhere to safety policies, 6S, and BPS practices while meeting production metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math and counting accurately.
• Basic measurement and calculation skills for order verification.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb with assistance.
