About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our clinic in Richmond, TX. In this clinic‑based position you will work with children, creating engaging, play‑based therapy sessions that help them achieve meaningful milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for pediatric patients.
• Deliver therapy through fun, play‑based activities that promote progress.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Current Texas license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Passion for working with children and making therapy enjoyable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, move, kneel, and transition between positions throughout the day.
