About the role

Provide inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment programs based on physician orders, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient‑specific goals and facilitate appropriate post‑acute or home care.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
  • Assess patient response, modify treatment plans as needed, and document care according to standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital quality and safety targets.
  • Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to travel between facilities and work in a patient care environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities.
