Physical Security Technologist – CCure 9000 Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Technologist to support the administration, deployment, integration, and optimization of enterprise physical security systems, with a primary focus on the Software House CCure 9000 Access Control System.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain CCure 9000 access control systems, including cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, and security policies.
• Integrate CCure 9000 with video management, intrusion detection, visitor management platforms, and support event monitoring and automated response workflows.
• Investigate and resolve access control incidents, perform system audits, and produce access event reports for security investigations.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure network connectivity, server performance, cybersecurity compliance, and manage firmware and software updates.
• Participate in construction, renovation, and security enhancement projects, coordinating installations, commissioning, and acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security Systems, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems, with hands‑on CCure 9000 administration.
• Strong understanding of access control hardware, IP networking fundamentals, and security operations.
• Experience working in highly regulated or critical‑infrastructure environments is preferred.
