Required profile

• Active pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Current DEA (or equivalent) registration.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure accurate dispensing and verification of prescriptions.
• Experience leading medication reconciliation and drug‑interaction reviews.
• Proven track record of maintaining regulatory compliance and completing required documentation.
• Strong inventory‑management experience, including controlled substances.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Experience supporting audits, quality‑assurance processes, and accurate record‑keeping.
