Pharmacist AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge AI models used in healthcare. You will work from home, reviewing AI‑generated pharmaceutical content and providing feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios for correctness and safety.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best solution based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.

Required profile

• Current, active pharmacy license (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) in good standing.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.

Required skills

• Pharmaceutical knowledge for evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
