Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Houston

About the role

BX3 Investments, LLC, an authorized Galt Pharmaceuticals partner, is looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to grow its presence in the Houston, Texas territory. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies, increase product awareness, and drive sales while delivering top‑notch customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new provider and pharmacy accounts.
• Maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy partners.
• Analyze territory trends and performance metrics to inform growth strategies.
• Use CRM and sales reporting tools to track activity and manage call plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and supply chain.
• Provide responsive, value‑added support to existing customers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, DME, B2B, or related sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
