Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Manager

About the role

As a Senior Manager within PwC’s Operations Consulting practice, you will lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain optimisation projects for clients in the pharmaceutical and med‑tech sectors. You will work closely with client teams to analyse processes, design data‑driven strategies and implement technology solutions that improve visibility, efficiency and responsiveness across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary projects that optimise the full supply‑chain lifecycle, from sourcing to delivery.
• Analyse client supply‑chain processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic road‑maps.
• Advise on and integrate technology and data‑analytics tools to create a connected, agile supply‑chain network.
• Guide teams in executing operational strategies that streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Manage project budgets and cost‑control measures to deliver cost‑reduction outcomes.
• Validate results with clients, incorporate feedback and refine solutions.
• Apply systems‑thinking to uncover root‑cause issues and drive sustainable change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply‑chain, operations or consulting, preferably within pharma, life‑sciences or related engineering fields.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with supply‑chain management software and data‑analytics platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
