About the role

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox in downtown Manhattan, you will guide members through customized fitness programs that blend science‑based training with the brand’s high‑performance culture. Working under two dedicated managers, you’ll develop your own approach to programming, client education, and business planning while delivering the premium Equinox experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, effective, results‑driven personal training sessions for a diverse client base.
• Conduct fitness assessments, set goals, and create individualized workout plans.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, track progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Participate in Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) education and continue professional development.
• Uphold Equinox standards of service, hygiene, and safety within the club environment.
