Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Personal Injury Case Manager supports a US‑based legal team by guiding clients through the entire claims process, from onboarding to litigation support. This remote position combines client interaction, medical record coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure each case moves efficiently and complies with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Request, follow up on, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics.
• Provide timely case status updates to clients.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date case files in the case management system.
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court‑related activities.
• Open and manage insurance claims, communicating with insurers and subrogation entities.
• Assist with client onboarding, gathering insurance information and supporting evidence.
• Support litigation efforts by preparing documents and consolidating PDFs.
• Draft correspondence and help prepare legal documentation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in personal injury case management or legal support.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.
