Permanent Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, permanent Accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team. This role will manage the full spectrum of accounting activities, from billing and receivables to tax compliance and financial reporting, in a vibrant, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports as required.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of bank and credit‑card accounts.
• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Maintain ledger accuracy and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze financial reports for discrepancies and advise the CFO.
• Review inter‑company transactions and generate necessary invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, including senior or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax preparation, and financial statement creation.
• Experience with general ledger functions and month‑end/year‑end close processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Proficiency with accounting software and administration.
