Performance Strategy Manager – San Diego & Orange County

About the role

The Manager of Performance Strategy will support onsite operations and regional performance objectives for Greystar’s San Diego and Orange County portfolio. You will identify learning gaps, provide coaching, and act as a strategist to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall success across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Property Managers, Directors, and senior leadership to set, monitor, and achieve performance goals.
• Facilitate onboarding training and group coaching sessions for newly transitioned properties.
• Provide feedback to the Learning & Development team on training needs and ensure regional implementation of national initiatives.
• Monitor third‑party Mystery Shop scores and coordinate follow‑up actions with property managers.
• Analyze performance data, interpret results, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve asset and team performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience designing, managing, and improving KPI frameworks.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and guide performance improvements.
• Comfortable facilitating large‑group training sessions.
• Operational acumen in property management or hospitality preferred.
