Performance Marketing Lead – US Remote

About the role

Fairphone is launching its mission‑driven brand in the United States and needs a proactive leader to own the digital acquisition engine from day one. This remote, full‑time position will shape the paid‑media strategy, drive demand to the web shop and Amazon, and build a data‑driven measurement foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Fairphone’s brand and business strategy into a US‑focused paid‑media plan covering the full funnel.
• Own end‑to‑end digital acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and Amazon Ads.
• Set up and maintain a rigorous measurement framework and test‑and‑learn engine.
• Identify high‑performing audiences and messaging, then scale spend efficiently to meet US sales targets.
• Report to the US General Manager and collaborate closely with the Amsterdam teams on brand, creative, and e‑commerce.
