People Operations Lead

About the role

The People Operations Lead will shape and execute the human‑resources strategy for The AI Access Initiative, a new organization incubated at Evidence Action that aims to scale AI‑enabled solutions for poverty alleviation in low‑ and middle‑income countries. Reporting to the CEO, the role will support rapid growth of programs in AI‑driven agriculture and health while building a high‑performing, inclusive team. The AI Access Initiative operates at the intersection of global development actors, top AI labs, and leading researchers to create open‑sourced playbooks, toolkits, and insights that define how to design and launch tractable and impactful AI‑enabled programs.
