PEO Implementation Consultant (On‑Site, Arizona)

About the role

The Implementation Consultant serves as the subject‑matter expert for PEO solutions, guiding new clients through a seamless transition to Vensure’s services. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation process for new PEO clients, configuring solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, addressing questions, providing guidance, and delivering training on system use.
• Troubleshoot technical and process issues and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll and other internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and contribute to implementation methodology enhancements.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least three years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR processes, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PrismHR (PEO/HR software).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
