Pediatric RN – Home Care (Richlands, NC)

About the role

This position is a private‑duty pediatric RN role caring for a one‑year‑old in Richlands, NC. The RN will provide basic, compassionate care in the child’s home, following doctors’ orders and ensuring the highest quality of service.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home on a self‑selected schedule.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor the child’s condition.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Provide hands‑on care with autonomy, focusing on one client per day.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Required skills

• Basic pediatric care.
• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Accurate clinical documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
