About the role
ChesPenn Health Services is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of its community health centers in Delaware County. You will help patients access care efficiently while maintaining dignity and respect.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.
- Verify insurance, assist with registration and billing, and answer phone inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and support clinical staff with documentation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, detail‑oriented multitasking, and a team‑player attitude.
- Ability to work onsite across ChesPenn locations.
Required skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and front‑desk operations.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
