Patient Care Technician – Cardiovascular/Medical Specialties

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support cardiovascular and medical specialty units. This regular, onsite position is based in Little Rock and is open to current University of Arkansas System employees who apply through Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities in cardiovascular and medical specialty areas.
• Support clinical staff by preparing equipment, documenting patient information, and maintaining a safe environment.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees and graduate assistants) or eligible applicant via Workday.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
