About the role

Key responsibilities

• Register patients and collect required demographic and insurance information.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record system.
• Provide courteous assistance and answer patient inquiries regarding services and policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health administration preferred.
• Experience in a patient-facing or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work legally in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
