PATH Program Coordinator – Atlanta

About the role

The State of Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for the Projects for Assistance in Transitions from Homelessness (PATH) initiative. Based in Atlanta, you will support statewide providers, travel extensively, and help ensure consistent, high‑quality services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor DBHDD‑funded PATH providers across Georgia and travel to agencies for on‑site visits.
• Facilitate provider meetings, present program information, and promote service consistency.
• Deliver technical assistance and training on the PATH program, GHVP model, and DBHDD standards.
• Assist agencies in developing and implementing Quality Improvement Plans.
• Analyze provider trends, identify training needs, and collaborate with data analysts on KPI collection and reporting.
• Represent the PATH program and the individuals served with professionalism and compassion.

Required profile

• Lived experience of homelessness and/or behavioral health recovery.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience providing training or technical assistance.
