Part‑time Web Publisher (US Time Zone)

About the role

eStoreLabs is looking for a part‑time Web Publisher to create and maintain web pages for its eCommerce clients. The role is fully remote but requires availability during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish web pages according to design specifications.
• Implement website updates with high accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager from design hand‑off through approvals and final publication.
• Communicate task status and updates via the ticketing system.
• Participate in ad‑hoc project meetings or catch‑up calls as needed.
• Respond quickly to feedback, make revisions, and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of content quality and compliance with guidelines.

Required profile

• Availability of at least 4 hours per day within a US time zone (e.g., 11 AM‑3 PM ET).
• Willingness to add 2‑4 extra hours per day if required (paid separately).
• Minimum 2 years experience in web publishing or CMS page building.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working with project managers and ticketing tools.
• Ability to interpret Figma designs for page layouts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Previous work with pharmaceutical companies or Drupal is a plus.
