Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Carlsbad Premium Outlets

About the role

Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, responsible for driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence at the Levi’s® Outlet in Carlsbad Premium Outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s® store policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
