Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Arden Fair Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team at the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Commitment to Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
