About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand now part of Levi Strauss & Co., is looking for a part‑time Sales Stylist to join its retail team. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, service‑oriented experience that connects customers with the brand’s soft, performance‑focused apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and foster genuine customer connections.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Maintain store security, safety, loss‑prevention, and visual standards.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and, when possible, utilize the Shopify platform.
• Build relationships with the local community through events and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Collaborative, inclusive mindset and a self‑starter with a growth attitude.
• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform.
