About the role
Join the Brickell team at Reiss in Miami on a part‑time basis, delivering premium customer service and supporting management to meet sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a tailored, premium customer experience.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the brand and products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, teammates and management.
- Uphold visual standards and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Team player able to work under pressure.
