About the role

Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will guide and assist customers, providing an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee and helping them discover their perfect coffee match.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate, sharing Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission.
• Greet and engage customers to create memorable, valued experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Offer complimentary coffee tastings and promote products to build the customer base.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, successful work environment.
• Maintain boutique operations, including shipments, displays, coffee wall stock, and cleanliness.
• Participate in training to ensure long‑term success.

• Punctual and available for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
