About the role

Revere Health is seeking a friendly and reliable part‑time receptionist for its busy dermatology office in Provo. The role involves front‑desk duties, patient interaction, and basic administrative tasks to support multiple providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Open and close the office according to guidelines.
  • Check patients in and out for several providers.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages.
  • Schedule appointments across multiple locations.
  • Collect co‑pays and balances at the time of service.
  • Enter and maintain patient personal and financial data.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and adapt to changes.

Required profile

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated.
  • Flexible availability Monday‑Friday, 7:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., approximately 20 hours per week.
