About the role

Join the dynamic hospitality team at Hyatt Regency Deerfield as a Night Auditor. You will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, handling guest check‑ins and check‑outs while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures and handle reservations, cancellations and modifications.
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, process transactions and prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs and financial summaries for handover.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and maintain attention to detail during audit functions.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with multi‑line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software (or similar hotel PMS).
