About the role

Revere Health is seeking a part‑time Medical Assistant/Patient Care Assistant to join its Heber City clinic. The role supports providers by preparing patients, handling clinical documentation, and delivering courteous service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for examinations.
• Clean and sterilize exam rooms, equipment, and supplies before and between patients.
• Interview patients, record medical histories, and verify visit purpose.
• Assist with office procedures and injections as directed by the provider.
• Tri­age phone messages, schedule referrals, follow‑ups, and submit prescriptions.
• Coordinate prior authorizations with insurance companies and pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate medical records, perform diagnostic and procedure coding, and protect patient confidentiality.
• Keep exam rooms stocked, inventory supplies, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
