Part‑Time Lecturer – International Environmental Policy

About the role

The School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs at Northeastern University seeks part‑time lecturers to teach graduate courses on International Environmental Policy at its Arlington, Virginia campus.

Key responsibilities

• Teach graduate‑level courses covering international environmental governance, climate policy, global negotiations and sustainable development.
• Support NASPAA‑accredited MPA and MPP programs and serve Spanish exchange students through the CUNEF partnership.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Environmental Policy, Environmental Science, International Relations, Public Policy or a related field (preferred).
• Advanced master’s degree with relevant professional experience in international environmental organizations, climate policy or global environmental governance may be considered.

Required skills

• College‑level teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of international environmental policy and climate governance.
