About the role

The College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Northeastern University is seeking part‑time lecturers to teach intersectional courses within the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS) program. Positions are offered throughout the year based on enrollment and departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver undergraduate courses on women’s, gender, and sexuality studies.
  • Design curriculum that reflects intersectional perspectives and current scholarship.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (required); PhD preferred.
  • Some college‑level teaching experience is desirable.
  • Must maintain valid U.S. work authorization without university sponsorship.
  • Submission of a CV and cover letter is required.
