About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to join its Chandler, Arizona community. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Address resident inquiries, resolve issues promptly and support lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement leasing and renewal strategies that meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work independently in a part‑time schedule.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential applicant information.
• Prior experience in property leasing or residential real‑estate sales preferred.
