Part‑time Lead Stylist – Barstow Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Lead Stylist for its Barstow store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience through coaching, visual merchandising, and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Act as a key holder and handle core responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring stock is on the floor and displays are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Consumer‑centric, open‑minded, and proactive attitude.

• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
