Part‑Time Housekeeper for Student Living Community

About the role

This part‑time position supports the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities at Evergreen Commons, a student‑living community. The role helps maintain market‑ready appeal for prospective residents and ensures a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist with the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by managers or supervisors.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license for golf‑cart operation.
