Part‑Time House Manager & Family Assistant (Meal Prep Support)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable part‑time House Manager and Family Assistant to support a single‑parent household in Solon, Ohio. The role combines household organization, child‑care, pet care, and meal preparation to create a smooth, stress‑free environment for the family.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and transport the 13‑year‑old daughter to school, lessons, appointments and provide light homework supervision.
• Maintain household organization: daily tidying, seasonal clothing swaps, inventory management and coordination of cleaning services.
• Plan, shop for and prepare 3‑4 hot dinners per week, accommodate a low‑sodium diet and assist with school lunch packing.
• Handle laundry, bedding rotation and keep linen areas well‑stocked.
• Walk, feed and care for two Labradoodles, including grooming appointments and medication administration.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry‑cleaning drop‑off/pick‑up, mail sorting and manage household subscriptions.
• Execute deep‑cleaning projects, organize the office and basement, and coordinate vendor appointments.
• Provide administrative support: calendar management, travel planning, expense tracking and bill payment reminders.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and systems‑driven with the ability to work independently.
• Enjoys working with pre‑teens and dogs, offering a warm, upbeat presence.
• Reliable, flexible schedule and possesses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR certification and sign a non‑disclosure agreement.
