About the role
Brandco is seeking a part‑time Founder Assistant based in Los Angeles to help keep a fast‑moving creative startup organized and progressing. The role supports the founder across product, brand, retail, content, and new‑idea initiatives, handling both office‑based and local tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Organize tasks, follow‑ups, files, lists, and documents.
- Manage day‑to‑day miscellaneous needs and run local errands or pickups.
- Coordinate meetings, samples, products, and small projects.
- Research people, companies, vendors, tools, and opportunities.
- Identify and connect with interesting contacts in Los Angeles.
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries.
- Ensure projects stay on track and avoid slipping through the cracks.
Required profile
- Based in Los Angeles.
- Strong organization and follow‑through skills.
- Comfortable working with a fast‑moving founder and turning loose direction into clear next steps.
- Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Part‑time availability to start.
- Experience as an assistant, project coordinator, production assistant, operations assistant, founder assistant, or similar role is helpful but not required.
