About the role

We are looking for energetic, people‑focused individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Appointment Generators. You will represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, fairs, festivals, and retail locations, engaging with visitors and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with event attendees in a friendly, natural manner.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand homeowners' window and door needs.
• Invite interested prospects to enter giveaways and learn more about our products.
• Schedule free in‑home consultations for the sales team.
• Set up and break down event displays, lifting up to 30 lb.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; comfort talking with people is essential.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 30 lb.
