Parts Warehouse Coordinator I

About the role

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely movement of goods to and from the warehouse while delivering superior customer service and maintaining electronic inventory records. The coordinator handles inventory management, supplier coordination, purchasing, stocking, and forecasting parts demand for Enerflex field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles, hydraulic lifts and forklifts to transport items between warehouse, shop, and customers.
• Process requisitions, work orders and shipping orders, issuing material to end users using SAP.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices and orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, variance reporting and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, select appropriate shipping methods and handle freight claims.
• Source, quote, purchase and bill parts/services while managing supplier relationships.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 2‑4+ years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and knowledge of Caterpillar, Ariel, Waukesha spare parts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, operate lift trucks and obtain forklift certification.
• Strong math aptitude for inventory calculations and effective communication with all personnel levels.
