Part-time Visual Merchandise Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Visual Merchandise Supervisor to join the store management team at our Lincoln City outlet. You will help drive sales, maintain brand standards, and create an engaging shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high visual standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Uphold Levi’s brand heritage, policies, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
• Commitment to follow Levi’s policies and store directives.
