About the role
We are looking for a part‑time teller to join our Trenton branch. You will provide front‑line banking services, ensure accurate cash handling and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and handle cash securely.
- Follow bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate bank products.
- Assist customers with digital self‑service tools and answer inquiries.
- Support branch operations such as audits, custodial duties and keep the work area clean.
- Provide coverage for nearby branches when needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
- At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
- Ability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
