About the role
Northwest is seeking a part‑time teller to join its retail network team in Erie. The teller will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and supporting the branch’s financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, process transactions, and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
- Balance the teller drawer daily and assist with vault, ATM, and other device controls as needed.
- Identify referral opportunities and contribute to the branch’s sales performance.
- Participate in branch meetings, opening/closing tasks, and compliance procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service experience preferred.
- Cash‑handling experience and basic knowledge of banking or retail environments.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with teller systems and basic computer operations.
