Part-time Store Supervisor – Walnut Creek

About the role

Beyond Yoga is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to lead its Walnut Creek location. You will be the visible service leader who creates an engaging store environment, supports the team, and drives sales while upholding the brand’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling brand standards.
• Coach and mentor team members on selling culture, product knowledge, and customer connection.
• Monitor and drive performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty, handling cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns positively and partner with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires, reinforcing Beyond Yoga values.
• Provide formal performance feedback and help retain talent.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
