Part Time Store Supervisor – Tyson's Corner

About the role

Levi's® is looking for a part‑time supervisor to help create a high‑energy store environment at the Tyson's Corner location. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure customers receive exceptional service while supporting the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, model service standards, and coach team members on sales techniques.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on escalated issues and performance feedback.
• Train new hires and existing staff on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi's® store policies and procedures.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
