Part-Time Store Supervisor – Retail (Ledyard, CT)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Levis® location at Tanger Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT. The role supports store management in achieving iconic status, drives sales, ensures operational excellence, and steps in as acting manager when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting performance goals, modeling customer service, and managing expenses and loss‑prevention programs.
• Lead and develop store staff through training, coaching, and performance management, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee inventory processes including RFID‑enabled replenishment, and ensure store housekeeping.
• Execute operational procedures, manage store tasks, and support floor changes, promotions, and events to maximize financial results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years retail experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and coaching abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform store duties; accommodations available for disabilities.
