Part Time Store Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Levi’s® Outlet in Terrell, Texas. In this role you will create an energetic store environment, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy shopping experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company guidelines.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise receipt, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment processes.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support talent retention.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s® store policies, loss‑prevention procedures, and safety standards.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale transaction processing.
• Merchandise receiving, inventory management, and markdown execution.
• Effective communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
