Part Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi's® Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor for its Columbia Gorge Outlets location in Troutdale, Oregon. In this role you will lead a team of associates, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory handling and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming shopping environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible, part‑time hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding store sales and performance goals.
