Part-Time Store Supervisor – Freehold Raceway Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor for its store at Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold, NJ. The Supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, coach associates and ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist and coach store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Follows store policies, directives and operational procedures.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and constant movement throughout the store.
• Reliable transportation and at least 18 years of age.
