Part-Time Store Supervisor – Brea Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor for its Levi’s® location at Brea Mall. In this role you will help drive sales, coach associates and ensure a high‑standard shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Uphold Levi’s® policies, procedures and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
