About the role

Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, responsible for implementing strategies and operational excellence that protect brand equity, drive customer satisfaction and support financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, carry items, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
