Part-Time Registered Nurse – Georgia Regional Health System

About the role

The Georgia Regional Health System (GRHS) is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in Savannah. This hourly position works an average of 29 hours per week on varied shifts and is not eligible for state benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer nursing care, including medications, intravenous fluids, and basic treatments.
• Coordinate with the health‑care team to evaluate and adjust client care plans.
• Monitor client conditions, diet, physical activity, and report changes.
• Prepare examination rooms, sterile instruments, equipment, and ensure supply inventory.
• Provide education to clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and support convalescence and rehabilitation.

Required profile

• Valid Georgia RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact Multi‑State license.
• Completion of a background check as required by state law.
• Ability to work varied shifts and provide up to 29 hours per week.
